Modern Tools. Careful Notarizations.
Loev Mobile Notary Services uses a digital notary-journal workflow and compatible ink-free thumbprint scanner to support an organized, legible, and efficient appointment process.
Personal Service, Supported by Modern Tools
Technology supports the process, but personal service remains at the center of every appointment. You work directly with Andrew from the initial conversation through the completed signing.
Organized Recordkeeping
A structured digital workflow helps keep each journal entry clear, orderly, and complete.
Ink-Free Thumbprint Capture
When a journal thumbprint is required for the document being notarized, a compatible digital scanner can capture it without a traditional ink pad.
Clear, Personal Guidance
Andrew explains the journal steps and helps each signer understand what to expect during the appointment.
When Is a Thumbprint Required?
California requires a journal thumbprint for certain documents affecting real property and for powers of attorney, subject to applicable exceptions and accommodations. A thumbprint is not required for every notarization. Andrew will explain whether it applies to your appointment.
